- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup chunky salsa
- 1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning with the beef and transfer the mixture to the greased pie pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, salsa, 1 cup of shredded cheese, garlic salt, and black pepper until smooth.
