  • 3 medium russet potatoes, peeled and diced

  • Onion powder
  • Minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine browned beef with potatoes, carrots, and onions.
  3. In a bowl, mix together diced tomatoes (with juice), beef broth, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the mixture over the meat and vegetables in the crock pot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
