  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (250g)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour (375g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cream together softened butter and both sugars until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and peanut butter; mix until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  3. Chill the dough for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
