  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine minced garlic, thawed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, grated parmesan cheese, and minced onion. Stir well.
  2. Cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until melted and creamy.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a small baking dish with olive oil cooking spray.
  4. Transfer the dip mixture to the baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for around 10 minutes until bubbly and golden, optionally broiling for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, baguette slices, or crackers.
