  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot, add pasta shells, and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and cool.
