Ingredients

  • 200 g fettuccine pasta
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Garlic, salt, and pepper for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and let the sauce thicken slightly before adding steamed broccoli and cooked fettuccine. Toss to coat well.
