Ingredients
- 1 package (14 or 16 oz.) broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded mild or medium cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- For the Topping: 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- 1. Thaw and microwave broccoli for about 5 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the broccoli with half of the cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, milk, egg, and salt. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
