  • 23 tablespoons milk (adjust for consistency – for icing)
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate cookies (for topping)
  • Extra mini chocolate chips (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine warm milk and yeast in a mixing bowl; let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, egg, yolk, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and flour; mix until combined.
  3. Knead the dough until soft and slightly sticky; incorporate blue food coloring.
  4. Allow the dough to rise for about 1 to 1½ hours.
