  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped turkey slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and cool under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Italian dressing, white vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine cooled macaroni with the dressing mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Add diced cucumber and cherry tomatoes; mix well.
