Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 vanilla Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 oz almond bark or white chocolate candy melts
  • Red food coloring
  • Green sanding sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Crumble the vanilla cakes into fine crumbs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and mix with a hand mixer until combined into a dough-like consistency.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to form tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond bark or white chocolate in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring between each.
  6. Dip each frozen cake ball into the melted chocolate, tapping off excess before returning them to the baking sheet.
