- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare two loaf pans by greasing them.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla until combined.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix until just combined.
- Stir in grated zucchini and 8 oz of chocolate chips.
- Divide batter between the pans and top with remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in pans for 5-10 minutes before transferring to racks.
