  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. Coat the inside of muffin liners with melted chocolate; freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  5. Spoon pumpkin filling into each chocolate-coated liner.
  6. Pour remaining melted chocolate over the filling; freeze for another 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from liners and serve.
