- 4 slices of bread (sourdough or ciabatta)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for cooking)
- Optional: Red onion slices, tomato slices, fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until no longer pink. Remove from skillet, let rest briefly, then slice.

- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice; add Dijon mustard on top.
