Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; fold in the cherries.
  5. For the topping, mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl; blend in cold butter until crumbly.
