- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Take a golf ball-sized amount of the mixture, flatten it in your hand, add about one tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center, fold it over to encase the cheese, and shape it into a ball.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place each meatloaf bite on it.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
