  • 28 oz bag frozen cubed potatoes with onions & peppers
  • 10.5 oz can cheddar cheese soup
  • 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup (or mushroom)
  • 2+ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink; drain excess grease.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine browned beef, frozen cubed potatoes, both cans of soup, and half the shredded cheese; mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
