Ingredients
- 6–8 Jalapeño peppers
- Olive oil
- 5 oz Mexican chicken sausage
- 5 oz Queso Asadero cheese (coarsely grated)
- 6–8 corn tortillas

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan filled halfway with water, boil jalapeños for 5 minutes until pale green. Remove and let cool.
