  • 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  3. Pour in vegetable broth; simmer for 3 minutes. Add heavy cream and mix well.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, using reserved pasta water if needed. Stir in the Gruyere cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
