  • 23 Gala apples, cored and sliced
  • 4 oz. white chocolate
  • 4 Tbsp. salted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 health bar, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. Prepare toppings by crushing pretzels and chopping the health bar into small pieces; place in small bowls.
  2. Core and slice the apples, then soak them in lemon juice mixed with water.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then add brown sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk until bubbly, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  4. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  5. Drain apple slices and pat dry; arrange them on a large serving plate.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples, followed by melted white chocolate. Top with crushed pretzels and health bar pieces.
