- 2–3 Gala apples, cored and sliced
- 4 oz. white chocolate
- 4 Tbsp. salted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 health bar, broken into pieces
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
Instructions
- Prepare toppings by crushing pretzels and chopping the health bar into small pieces; place in small bowls.
- Core and slice the apples, then soak them in lemon juice mixed with water.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then add brown sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk until bubbly, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Drain apple slices and pat dry; arrange them on a large serving plate.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples, followed by melted white chocolate. Top with crushed pretzels and health bar pieces.
