  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 10 oz. Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • ¾ cup cheddar jack cheese

Instructions
