- 3g salt
- 165g bread flour
- 385g all-purpose flour
- 70g softened unsalted butter
- 130g dark chocolate chips
- 1 egg for egg wash
- 2 tablespoons sugar for syrup
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
Instructions
- Prepare the Vanilla Cream: Heat milk with vanilla until simmering. Whisk egg yolks with sugar and cornstarch; gradually mix in hot milk. Cook until thickened; stir in butter and chill.
