- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into oval patties about an inch thick.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for about 4 minutes on each side until browned; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms until tender (about 5 minutes). Add beef broth and scrape up browned bits from the bottom.
- Stir in garlic powder and pepper; thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.
- Return patties to the skillet, cover with gravy, and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or veggies.
