- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
