Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
- Drain the diced tomatoes in a strainer for at least 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in ranch seasoning to taste.
- Fold in drained tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.
- For optional ingredients, mix in chopped cooked turkey bacon if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
