Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Gradually mix into dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. For the filling, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Line a muffin tin and fill each liner with a tablespoon of batter, followed by a teaspoon of cream cheese filling, then top with another tablespoon of batter.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
