  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 2/3 cup dill pickle chips
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • Big Mac Sauce (1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1.5 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt)
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Make the Sauce: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, garlic powder, and salt; mix well.
  2. Cook Beef: Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat with cooking spray. Add ground chuck seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned (about 6-8 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  3. Prep Rolls: Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  4. Assemble Sliders: Spread Big Mac sauce on the bottom layer of rolls. Layer cooked beef, cheese slices, dill pickles, and onions.
  5. Bake: Place the top layer of rolls on and brush with melted butter; sprinkle sesame seeds. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until golden.
  6. Add Lettuce & Serve: Remove from oven, add shredded lettuce on top before slicing into individual sliders.
