Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes by peeling and cutting them into cubes. Boil in salted water until tender (about 15 minutes), then drain and mash.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, salt, white pepper, and garlic powder into the mashed potatoes until well combined.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt, white pepper, and garlic powder. Mix in mozzarella cheese once cooked.
- Shape the potato mixture into flat patties, adding a spoonful of the beef filling in the center before folding to form croquettes.
- Coat each croquette with flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs before frying in hot oil until golden brown.
