  • 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp. chili pepper
  • 2 limes
  • 2 pounds lamb stew meat
  • 2 yellow zucchini
  • 2 green zucchini
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 tsp. berbere spice
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 red onion
  • 16 oz. mushrooms
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. For Shrimp Skewers: Combine pineapple chunks with shrimp in a bowl with honey and spices. Skewer alternately on sticks.
  2. For Lamb Skewers: Mix lamb pieces with zucchini slices and seasonings in a bowl. Assemble on skewers.
  3. For Chicken Skewers: Toss chicken pieces with mushrooms and sauce in a bowl. Skewer with onion pieces.
  4. Grill all skewers over medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
