- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 3 cloves garlic

- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Make the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook diced chicken until browned (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.

- Add mixed vegetables; cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
