Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (for marinade)

- 2 heads endive lettuce
- 6 cups mixed spring greens
- 1 corn on the cob
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil (divided)
- Various seasonings (garlic powder, salt, pepper)
Instructions
- Marinate steak by mixing marinade ingredients in a bowl. Place steak in a ziplock bag with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare gremolata by combining minced basil, parsley, lemon zest, and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.
