  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 jar (28 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and stir in the spaghetti sauce.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine drained spaghetti with softened cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until well mixed.
  5. Layer the bottom of the baking pan with a small amount of meat sauce, followed by the spaghetti mixture, then pour the remaining meat sauce on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella.
