  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup gluten-free flour (or einkorn/whole wheat)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional: ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and core the apples, keeping the bottoms intact.
  3. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut sugar, salt, pecans (if using), and melted coconut oil until crumbly.
