- 5–6 apples (Gala or Granny Smith)
- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup gluten-free flour (or einkorn/whole wheat)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- Pinch sea salt
- Optional: ¼ cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
Instructions
