  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, jalapeños, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface; place about 2 tablespoons of filling diagonally across the center. Fold bottom corner over filling, fold sides toward center, and roll tightly to seal.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
