  • 1/2 cup Grated Apple
  • 1 cup Chilled Buttermilk
  • For the Glaze: 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, 3 tablespoons Honey, pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and other spices.
  3. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Fold in grated apples gently.
  5. Gradually mix in chilled buttermilk until just combined.
  6. Turn out dough on a floured surface and pat into a rectangle about 1 inch thick; cut out biscuits using a cutter.
