- 3 cups almond flour
- 1 cup rolled oats

- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons nut milk

- 3 cups blackberries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, nut milk, vanilla, and sea salt. Mix until crumbly.
- Press 7 cups of the mixture into an 8-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a saucepan, mix blackberries, shredded coconut, corn starch, sea salt, honey, and water. Cook over medium heat until blackberries soften (10-15 minutes).
- Pour the blackberry filling into the pre-baked crust and top with reserved crumble mixture.
- Bake for another 10 minutes until heated through.
- Allow cooling for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
